Share your time and talent with us. You’ll meet new people, learn about our community, and be part of innovative initiatives for Hong Kong women and girls. Volunteering for TWF can also be a path to serving on our committed and respected Board of Directors or Board of Advisors. Please consider the following ways to get involved in The Women’s Foundation today:

Research and Communications Committee This committee plays a critical role in helping us plan and develop our research, education, and advocacy efforts. This committee also leads our communications and marketing strategy helping with website development, newsletter writing, working with the media, and publishing reports. If you love research, writing, design, and communicating key messages to improve the lives of Hong Kong women and girls consider joining this committee.

Development Committee The Development Committee develops and implements a broad-based strategic fundraising plan. We seek volunteers who are interested in researching funding sources, writing grants, making the case, planning events, and bringing in the funds to fuel the work of the Foundation! The committee will also plan and execute an annual event to recognize leadership in the community on behalf of women and girls.

Program Committee
Members of our Program Committee research and develop initiatives to increase women’s economic self reliance in three key areas: women in leadership, women in poverty, and girls. The committee is currently working to develop and implement a grantmaking program to fund strategic and positive social change. This is a terrific opportunity to help shape new and innovative programs and initiatives. We seek members that reflect the diversity of Hong Kong and have expertise in grantmaking, program and policy development, evaluation, or community engagement.

Special Projects
There are numerous ways to get involved with The Women’s Foundation – from connecting your employer with TWF to hosting a gathering of friends; from volunteering at an event to becoming a pro bono advisor. We are currently seeking pro bono consulting in communications/marketing, fundraising, legal advising. We’d love to hear about your availability and interest.
